Prices are in USD. Annual billing is offered at roughly two months free. Team and Pro bill per active member, prorated as people join or leave.
The email-pack add-on
Form notification emails are metered per the included allowance above. On any paid plan you can buy additional capacity:
- +1,000 emails / month for $5, adjustable quantity.
- Billed as a separate add-on subscription on top of your plan.
- Free accounts can’t buy packs (form emails start at the paid plans).
Submissions are always stored
Going over your email cap only skips the notification email — the form submission is still saved as a record.

Managing your subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, or buy an email pack from the Billing screen in the dashboard (checkout and the customer portal are handled by Stripe). On team accounts, billing is an admin-only action.
